Questions, a bug, or an idea for the app? Write to office@kndr-lab.com. One person reads that mailbox, so plain and specific gets you the fastest answer.
Reporting a bug
What helps most:
- What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead
- The screen it happened on, and a screenshot if you have one
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- The app version, shown at the bottom of the app's Settings screen
If a particular round or drill behaves oddly, export your data under Settings → Data → Export and attach the file. It is a plain JSON file, and it contains only your own putting data — no personal details beyond what you typed in yourself.
Common questions
- Where is my data stored?
- On your iPhone, and nowhere else. There is no account and no server. See the privacy policy.
- How do I move to a new phone?
- Settings → Data → Export writes one file. On the new phone, Settings → Data → Import reads it back. Importing only ever adds; a round already there stays as it is.
- I lost my rounds
- Deleting the app deletes its data with it. An iCloud device backup made beforehand may still contain it — restoring that backup brings the app's data back.
- Can I see my statistics on a computer?
- Yes. Export the file and open it in the web analysis. It is read in your browser and never uploaded.
- Which distances does the app use?
- Metres or feet, switchable under Settings → Units. The tour baseline behind strokes gained is the same either way.
